Sperling holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado, completed in 2019. With over five years of experience, she combines her academic background with practical expertise to offer high-quality care.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and client centered, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Clients can expect a supportive and non judgmental environment where they feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings. Sperling aims to help clients develop self-awareness and achieve personal growth.
