Goldman's career began in 1974 with special needs children and families, laying a foundation for her comprehensive approach. She earned a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2002 and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2004, both magna cum laude. Her professional achievements include a 2007 "Who's Who" award.
