Isabella Castillo

Isabella Castillo is a Brainspotting Certified Clinician who creates a warm environment for positive change. Castillo works with clients facing life's challenges and complex mental health issues, helping them explore goals, build resilience, and develop coping strategies.

Currently completing her master's degree in counseling psychology at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, Castillo brings fresh perspectives and up-to-date techniques to her practice. Her expertise is enhanced by her certification in Brainspotting, a tool that aids in processing trauma and negative emotions. She works under the licensed supervision of Rachel Herr.
