Patrick Nagle

Founder, CEO

Patrick Nagle is an accomplished tech entrepreneur and venture investor. Driven by personal and professional experience, he is committed to building a better mental health system.

Nagle began his entrepreneurial career as the owner and CEO of RateMyProfessors.com, a college review platform he acquired and scaled to more than 50 million annual users. The site became the second-largest college website in the U.S., behind Facebook, before he sold it to Viacom in 2007.

In 2018, Nagle bought Rehab.com from Genesis HealthCare. As founder and CEO, he self-financed the venture and built a national addiction treatment booking platform. Under his leadership, the company onboarded more than 5,000 treatment providers and helped nearly 1 million people access care before being acquired.

Building on that success, Nagle acquired MentalHealth.com in 2022, recognizing mental health as one of the largest and fastest-growing healthcare sectors. As founder and lead investor, Nagle brings two decades of experience building consumer internet and digital health companies.

Within two years, MentalHealth.com raised funding, launched its platform, and grew to more than 1 million annual users. Nagle also led the acquisitions of MentalHelp.net and Therapy.ai, along with the launch of the Wellness Center, Provider Portal, and Mental Health Network.

To support continued growth, he assembled a leadership team and advisory teams spanning venture capital, clinical affairs, and public advocacy.
