Jami Soukup, MA, LPC, RD, CDWF, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Dietitian who integrates mental health and nutrition in her clinical work. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling with a focus on Spiritual Formation from MidAmerica Nazarene University.

As a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, Jami uses shame-resilience and connection-focused techniques informed by Brené Brown’s research in individual therapy. She practices at the Anxiety Center of Kansas City, Olathe location, providing personalized counseling that considers both psychological and nutritional factors.
