Jasmine's therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves acceptance, validation, and compassion. She creates a nonjudgmental, collaborative, and empathic space where clients can explore their strengths and facilitate growth and healing. Her expertise in working with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, first-generation college students, children of immigrants, and the BIPOC community allows her to address a wide range of cultural and personal challenges.

Drawing from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic modalities, Jasmine primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strength-based, client-centered treatment models. She also incorporates trauma-informed practices and culturally-responsive CBT, ensuring that each client receives tailored care that resonates with their unique experiences and background. Her experience spans various levels of care, including inpatient behavioral health, adult residential recovery, and college student counseling, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the mental health landscape.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jasmine breaks down language barriers, making therapy accessible to a broader range of clients. Her bilingual skills, combined with her cultural competence, allow her to provide nuanced, culturally-aware support to Spanish-speaking individuals and the Latina/Hispanic community.
