Jen Carruth

Jen Carruth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a trauma-focused Master of Social Work from Widener University and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University. She supports individuals in healing emotional wounds, integrating past trauma, and developing self-awareness and personal agency. Jen uses a strengths-based approach to help clients explore inner narratives, cultivate insight, and navigate challenges related to trauma, grief and loss, high-demand group recovery, maternal mental health, anxiety, depression, and family conflict. Her mission is to act as a witness and champion for her clients—offering a space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered.
