Jennifer Phelps

Jennifer Phelps, LMFT 138186, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializes in helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and identity needs. She uses Art Therapy, Family-Systems, Dialectical Behavioral, and Person-Centered approaches to tailor treatment.

She holds a Master's in Clinical Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University and majored in Visual Art at UCSD. Her experience includes working with clients experiencing schizophrenia and addiction and supporting their families.

Jennifer brings creativity, mindfulness, and compassion to therapy and particularly enjoys working with clients who are new to therapy, are exploring identity, or are reluctant about the therapeutic process. Her focus is on creating a welcoming, individualized space for exploration and growth.
