Jentry Holthus

Jentry Holthus, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Spectrum Counseling. She earned a Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Southern Oregon University and brings a focus on inclusivity and social justice to her work.

She is specializing in supporting LGBTAQQ, disability, and BIPOC communities and works with adolescents and adults. Her background includes experience providing individual and group counseling for substance use and addiction and crisis intervention work with suicidal adolescents and adults.

Jentry uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic-oriented interventions and provides trauma-informed care. Her approach is holistic and interpersonal, creating a safe, affirming space for clients to explore change and build coping skills.
