Jessica Carvalheira

Jessica Carvalheira, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in anxiety, depression, panic, OCD, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She uses cognitive-behavioral therapy and person-centered techniques to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.

Her clientele primarily consists of young adults and adults who feel 'stuck' and are seeking guidance. She holds an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Educational Studies.
