Jessica Elder

Jessica Elder, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with two decades of experience supporting grieving adults and children. She supports children, teens, adults, and assists parents with parent-child connections.

She earned a degree in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in social work from Columbia University, and completed a five-year post-graduate program at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research, earning a certificate in child and adolescent psychotherapy.

A certified trauma clinical professional, she uses psychoanalytic training, trauma techniques, CBT, mindfulness, play therapy, art, music, yoga, and breathing exercises. She provides an individualized approach tailored to each client's unique needs and maintains a non-judgmental stance.
