Jessica Goodwin

Jessica Goodwin, MA, MHC-LP, is a Psychotherapist who earned a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She draws on her graduate training to inform her clinical work.

Her eight-year journey in the mental health field includes experience supporting multicultural individuals and families and a background in nonprofit and private practice settings, which she uses to adapt care to diverse client needs.

She practices a holistic approach that focuses on an individual's strengths and abilities and is an ally of the LGBTQIA community, offering inclusive, nonjudgmental support tailored to each person's goals.
