Jessica Martin

Jessica Martin, MSEd, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She works with adolescents grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various school, family, and social-related issues, using insight-oriented therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and various skills training.

She brings experience from community mental health and school-based settings. She focuses on teaching and supporting social skill development and enhancing parent-child communication.

Jessica uses a strength-based approach within a supportive environment, tailoring techniques to each client's needs and collaborating to help clients uncover personal strategies to manage stressors and build resilience. Clients working with Jessica can expect a collaborative therapeutic relationship where their voice and experiences are central to the process.
