Jessica Ruzicka

Heather Janvrin is an outpatient therapist at Ensō Mental Health, where she has been providing compassionate care since 2022. She holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South Dakota State University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health (LPC-MH) in South Dakota. Additionally, she is recognized as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) by the National Board of Certified Counselors.

Heather works with individuals ages 18 and older, offering therapy services for individuals, couples, and families. Her approach is integrative and tailored to the needs of each client, drawing from a variety of modalities including Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, the Gottman Method, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Informed Supportive Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
