Jessica Uke

Jessica Uke is a counseling resident at Sanctuary Counseling Center. Uke works with people facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and identity issues. Her background in full-time ministry in Arkansas and Memphis, TN, informs her empathetic and insightful approach to counseling.

Uke is on the cusp of completing her Clinical Mental Health Counseling Degree from Harding University in December 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University, completed in 2018. Her educational journey reflects a commitment to understanding the interplay between physical and mental health.

Uke is expanding her expertise in both individual and group settings, gaining valuable experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Clients can expect a nurturing environment where they can explore challenges and learn new skills. Her practice is grounded in offering diverse and effective treatment options.
