Jill Arndt

Jill Arndt, LMHCA, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who believes that building healthy relationships is the cornerstone of creating meaningful lives. She uses Emotion-Focused Therapy to help clients find safety and courage in expressing their emotional and relational needs.

She has helped clients navigate chronic illness, systemic injustice, childhood trauma, suicidality, career issues, grief, and relationship problems, adapting her approach to meet varied needs and promote personal growth.

Jill welcomes clients from all cultural backgrounds and offers both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. She is an employee of Mettarel under the supervision of Anna Goeke and aims to hold space so clients feel seen and supported as they move past feeling stuck or alone.
