Jill Dickey

Jill Dickey is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with couples, young adults, and teens. Dickey helps people navigate depression, anxiety, anger, grief, self-esteem issues, food challenges, body acceptance, and religious challenges using a trauma-informed, integrative approach.

Dickey holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Utah State University and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Utah Valley University. She is currently working toward full licensure under the supervision of Brandi Hess.

Her therapeutic style includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Lifespan Integration. Dickey uses Relational Life Therapy to guide couples and families through intimate relationship challenges. Clients can expect a supportive environment where therapy is tailored to their needs.
