John Ferraro

John Ferraro, LMHCA, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who helps people with anxiety, depression, grief, self-concept struggles, and perfectionism. He practices from a Humanistic theoretical approach and incorporates Feminist, Multicultural, and Narrative therapy to support client choice and autonomy.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master of Counseling degree from City University of Seattle. His background includes teaching English in South Korea and to adult international students in Seattle, working as a tradesman, and volunteering with indigenous and underserved communities.

John creates a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space grounded in curiosity and listening, helping clients identify goals, recognize strengths, and make sustainable changes. He practices under the supervision of licensed social worker Alison Prevost.
