Jolene Stokesberry

Jolene Stokesberry, MA, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor with a Master's in psychology. She combines Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with a psychoanalytic bent to help clients explore relationship and personal patterns.

She specializes in relationship therapy and helps couples overcome communication barriers by using EFT to examine patterns and foster more secure bonds. She also provides individual counseling for adults and teens, addressing emotional concerns, traumas, blocked creativity, and identity issues.

Guided by the belief that self-awareness is the most effective route to change and healing, she works collaboratively to help clients break old patterns and affect real change. She offers a sliding scale fee structure for both individual and couples therapy at Light Mind Counseling.
