Jonathan Elmer

Jonathan Elmer, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, and family-related stress and guiding clients through purpose and meaning work.

He holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from Lakeland College and a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies and Philosophy from St. Norbert College. He trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through Mass General Hospital's Psychiatric Academy and has extensive training and experience in grief counseling.

Jonathan uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to help clients understand symptoms, develop individualized coping strategies, and support families.
