Jonathan Ramos

Jonathan Ramos, APCC, is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor at bareWell. He brings a compassionate, honest, and collaborative stance to his work informed by his Portuguese heritage.

He specializes in complex life transitions, healing from past wounds, identity and sexuality, grief, anxiety, and other mental health concerns, and works with adults as individuals and couples to address these issues.

Born and raised in Northern California; relocated to San Diego in 2018, he draws on diverse cultural understanding to connect with clients. His collaborative approach creates a safe, non-judgmental space and focuses on uncovering root causes to facilitate lasting change.
