Julia Heberling

Julia Heberling is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who works with adolescents and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, OCD, and substance addiction. She also helps clients with spiritual concerns, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and boundary setting.

Heberling holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University. Her license in Washington state is supervised by Deborah Rue. With eight years of experience at The Coffee Oasis and five years in the AVID program, she has extensive experience with at-risk populations.

Heberling employs a client centered approach, using modalities like group therapy and crisis intervention. Clients can expect a safe, empathetic environment to explore their challenges. Her practice offers a structured path toward positive change.
