Building on her strong educational foundation, which includes a master's degree in counseling from Texas Christian University (TCU), Karen has pursued advanced training to enhance her therapeutic toolkit. She is skilled in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), powerful techniques for addressing trauma and anxiety. Additionally, her Gottman Training and certifications in Grief Training and Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) equip her to provide nuanced support for couples and individuals dealing with loss and relationship challenges.
