Katherine Blaine

Katherine Blaine, M.Ed., LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned her Master of Education in Community Counseling from the University of Oklahoma. She specializes in working with adult clients and uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address trauma and related concerns.

Her extensive experience in inpatient settings informs her care and provides insight into complex mental health challenges. She works with anxiety, depression, and complex trauma-related disorders.
