Kathia Yanez

Kathia Yanez, LAC, is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University and a decade of diverse experience in the mental health field.

She has worked as support staff in residential locations, in case management, and in behavioral health technology. Her practice is person-centered and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a range of concerns.

Kathia works with clients from young adulthood through later adulthood, is LGBTQ+ affirming, and offers both in-person and virtual sessions. She emphasizes collaboration to build coping skills and practical strategies aligned with each client's goals.
