Katie Alderdice

Katie Alderdice, LGSW, is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker. She earned an MSW from George Mason University and completed an undergraduate degree in Sociology with a minor in Social Work from University of Dayton.

She provides individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, adults. She specializes in anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, ADHD, and trauma in children and adolescents.

She uses CBT, TF-CBT, behavioral modification, trauma-informed care, play therapy, and art therapy to tailor interventions. With extensive training in crisis management and experience in community-based mental health, she creates a nurturing, safe environment where clients can express thoughts and feelings and work toward practical goals.
