Katie Veit

Katie Veit, LCSW, is the founder of Symmetry Counseling, LLC, established in 2012. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who created a safe and comforting environment where counseling feels more comfortable than clinical and emphasizes that therapists are humans treating humans.

Her warm, kind, compassionate demeanor helps clients lean into the vulnerability of counseling; she holds space for concerns without judgment and invites people to explore personal growth.

At Symmetry Counseling she has cultivated a practice focused on inclusivity and professional growth. She is committed to advancing anti-racist practices and fostering allyship with her BIMPoC colleagues and friends, creating a supportive, judgment-free setting for clients.
