Kelley Ryals

Kelley Ryals is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Autism Specialist. Ryals works with people facing challenges such as trauma, depression, ADHD, and anxiety. She also helps couples improve their relationships through evidence based strategies.

Ryals holds training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Level 2 Gottman methods. Her expertise includes play therapy and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), which supports children and families, particularly foster and adoptive families, in navigating complex dynamics.

Her therapeutic approach incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Sand Tray Therapy, addressing both conscious and subconscious processes.
