Kelsey Seifert

Kelsey Seifert, MA, LPC-S, LMFT, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor at Mental Wellness & Restoration, PLLC. She earned an MA in counseling psychology from Trinity Western University and maintains national and supervisory licensure as both a counselor and marriage & family therapist.

She is specialized in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and completed specialized training from the International OCD Foundation. Kelsey also holds a perinatal mental health certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International and is trained in EMDR and Observed & Experiential Integration (OEI).

Kelsey works with individuals, couples, and families and often joins clients on location to complete challenging exposure exercises. For couples she integrates Gottman Method techniques with an Emotion Focused (EFT) approach, and her trauma-competent practice emphasizes safety, self-compassion, and practical coping strategies.
