Kenichi Takahashi

Integrating mind and body, Kenichi Takahashi, MA, LMFT #53903, offers a unique approach to healing that draws from both Eastern and Western therapeutic traditions. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Kenichi specializes in helping clients transform old patterns of body and mind, gradually integrating and healing psychological wounds.

Kenichi's therapeutic approach is rooted in Body Centered Mindful techniques, including Hakomi and Somatic Experiencing. He also employs EMDR, Expressive Arts, and Energy Psychology methods such as Pranic Psychotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping meridian points). This diverse toolkit allows him to tailor his approach to each client's unique needs and experiences.

With a Master's degree from John F. Kennedy University of Holistic Studies, specializing in Transpersonal Psychology, Kenichi brings a holistic perspective to his practice. He has completed Professional Training for Hakomi and holds certificates in Eating Disorder programs, Addiction Studies, and as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Additionally, Kenichi practices Pranic healing, a non-touch based energy healing technique, further expanding his therapeutic repertoire.
