Kim Gordon

Kim Gordon, LCSW, CCTP, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of clinical experience. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, combining cognitive-behavioral therapy with specialized trauma-informed care.

She works with anxiety, depression, addictions, grief, relationship problems, phase of life issues, end-of-life situations, and traumatic events, and is a trained practitioner in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is skilled in the Gottman Method for couples therapy.

Kim holds undergraduate studies in Psychology at Loyola University New Orleans and a Masters in Social Work from Tulane University and is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. Clients describe her as collaborative and compassionate; she provides supportive guidance and practical feedback while tailoring treatment to each person’s needs.
