Kim Loughlin

Kim Loughlin, LMHC, brings over two decades of experience and she dedicated 20 years to nurturing the well-being of K-12 students. That extensive school-based background informs her work with adolescents and families.

She earned a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Oswego, completing it in 2020, and gained licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in April 2023. In private practice she works with both adolescents and adults and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

Kim maintains a person-centered and empathetic approach, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore concerns. She focuses on building practical skills and insights to support long-term mental wellness.
