Kristi Damron

Kristi Damron, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, is the owner of Damron Counseling in Tallahassee, Florida. She graduated suma cum laude with her Master's of Social Work from Florida State University in 2015.

Her background includes internships at a residential substance abuse facility for juveniles and on a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) at the Miami Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She also served as a Juvenile Probation Officer and later worked as a Social Service Director for aging adults in long-term care and as a Baker Act Coordinator for individuals in crisis on a Behavioral Health Unit.

Since establishing her private practice in October 2018, serving the Big Bend area, her practice is built on a foundation of empathy, evidence-based techniques, and a deep commitment to helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. As a Qualified Supervisor, she supports the development of new social workers.
