Kristin Benson

Kristin Benson, NCC, CCTP, is a Nationally Certified Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults grappling with anxiety, depression, or trauma and has expertise in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

She works collaboratively with parents and children on emotion management, self-confidence, behaviors, and school difficulties, and supports adolescents and adults in exploring obstacles that may prevent them from being their authentic selves and achieving goals.

Kristin creates a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic environment, tailors care to each client's individual needs and strengths, and emphasizes her availability to answer questions and provide support from the very beginning to help clients build tools for growth and resilience.
