Laci Jensen, LMHCA, Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, offers a collaborative and evidence-based approach to therapy. Empowering clients as the experts in their own lives, she positions herself as a supportive teammate in each individual's mental health journey.

She uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy; Exposure and Response Prevention; Behavioral Activation; Parent-Child Interaction Therapy; Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy; and Motivational Interviewing. These modalities inform treatment for anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, and PTSD.
