Laura Jansen

Laura Jansen, LIMHP, PLADC, is a Dual-Licensed Substance Use and Mental Health Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor's in Psychology from Creighton University in 2010 and a Master's in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in 2017.

Her dual licensure equips her to address both substance use and mental health concerns, and she focuses on teenagers and adults from diverse backgrounds. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Laura has experience in community outpatient settings, therapeutic transitional living, and structured outpatient treatment centers, which informs her adaptable practice. She applies a strengths-based, collaborative approach, meeting clients where they are and creating a safe space to pursue goals and resilience.
