Laura Meyers

Laura Meyers, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist, has over a decade of experience. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 2013.

She uses a holistic approach that seamlessly blends cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and psychodynamic therapies and is specializing in treating depression, anxiety, anger issues, and trauma. She offers individual, family, and couples therapy across age groups, working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Her training included a Pre-doctoral Internship and Post-doctoral Fellowship at Streamwood Behavioral Health Systems. She has worked in community mental health settings and an inpatient state psychiatric hospital, bringing experience managing complex cases and crisis intervention and she integrates these approaches to tailor care.
