Specializing in postpartum mental health, Lauren's expertise spans a wide range of areas, including eating disorders, veterans care, addiction, and working with teenagers and children.

Lauren's journey in mental health began with her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University in 2019. Since then, she has dedicated her career to providing a safe, nurturing space for clients to explore their inner worlds and work towards positive change. Her diverse background, working with various populations, has equipped her with a unique perspective and a versatile skill set to address a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.
