Lauren Davis

Lauren Davis, LIMHP, M.A., is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner who earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University in 2019.

She specializes in postpartum and perinatal mental health and is a Certified Post Partum Mental Health Specialist; she also has experience with eating disorders, veterans care, addiction, and working with teenagers and children. Lauren uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and sensory integration to address mood disorders, anxiety, and depression.

She sees clients in-office and via telehealth; works primarily with adults and teenagers aged 17 and above, and emphasizes a collaborative, individualized therapeutic relationship.
