Lauren Kuchel

Lauren Kuchel is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Life Coach who works with teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and emotional stress. Kuchel helps clients navigate life's challenges, guiding them toward personal growth and self-improvement.

Kuchel earned her Bachelor of Science in Education in 2014 and a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling in 2021 from the University of Central Oklahoma. Her educational background supports her ability to address diverse client needs, including academic pressures and career transitions.

In her practice, Kuchel employs Solution-Focused Coaching and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
