Lauren Mernick

Lauren Mernick, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nearly two decades of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in self-esteem issues, substance use concerns, relationship difficulties, and trauma recovery, focusing her practice on adult clients.

Lauren works with "cycle breakers"—adults working to disrupt unhealthy family patterns—and creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients can process difficult emotions. Clients often remark on her commitment to authenticity and her belief in the power of humor in the therapeutic process.
