Lee Kinsey

Lee Kinsey, PhD, LPC-S, LMHC, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, is a Doctor of Philosophy who specializes in sex therapy and relationship counseling. He is trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and structural family therapy, which informs his focus on patterns within relationship dynamics rather than on any single individual.

With over 11 years of experience in couples counseling, Kinsey works with individuals and couples from diverse cultural backgrounds and relationship structures and has served as an Adjunct Professor at Southern Methodist University while conducting research on adult sexual stories.

Kinsey focuses on relationship dynamics and healing experiences of connection and provides a safe, professional, affirming space for intimacy issues, infidelity recovery, and sexual identity exploration. His practice is open and affirming to LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and Kink/BDSM clients.
