Lois Griffith

Lois Griffith is a Marriage and Family Therapist at Heart Strength Marriage and Family Counseling, Inc. Griffith works with couples and people, focusing on relationship dynamics and personal growth. She helps clients uncover vital truths to enhance understanding and freedom.

Griffith's expertise is grounded in Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy (EFT), having completed extensive training including EFT Externship and Core Skills Training. Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences in 2010, her experience spans counseling at Lemoore Naval Air Station and teaching at Fresno City College. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fresno Pacific University.
