Lynda Phillips

Lynda Phillips, PsyD, LCMHC, NCC, CRPO, is a Doctor of Psychology who specializes in anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and depression. She uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and also incorporates person-centered and narrative therapy, often including in-vivo exposure.

Dr. Phillips has experience in in-patient and out-patient hospital settings and treats complex, comorbid mental health disorders using an integrated theoretical model that addresses affect, cognition, and behavior.
