About
MacKenzie King, MS, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who works with adolescents and adults and with individuals, couples, and families. She addresses depression, anxiety, interpersonal and relationship dilemmas, life transitions, substance use disorders, and behavioral addictions.
She has professional training in Motivational Interviewing and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and is expanding her knowledge in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). MacKenzie earned her undergraduate degree from CU Boulder and taught high school mathematics in Georgia for three years before completing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Georgia and returning to Colorado to continue her counseling career.
