Madison Harlow

Dr. Chen is a psychiatrist with a background in linguistics, philosophy, brain and cognitive sciences (MIT), and health policy, business, and public policy (University of Oxford, University of London). He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed psychiatry residency, fellowship, and an MPH at Dartmouth.

His work focuses on improving psychiatric care for vulnerable populations, integrating mental health into collaborative care models, and advancing women’s and maternal mental health.
