Mariah Andreasen

Mariah Andreasen, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides individual therapy for adults. She specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, complex trauma, relationship and attachment issues, and grief and loss.

Mariah uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to tailor evidence-based treatment to each client’s needs. She integrates Trauma-Responsive Yoga alongside talk therapy to address trauma’s effects on the mind and body.
