Mary-Margaret's journey to becoming a therapist began in Lafayette, Louisiana, where she discovered her passion for psychology and people during her undergraduate studies at the University of Louisiana. This passion led her to pursue a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville, which she completed in May 2023. Her educational background is complemented by hands-on experience as an Applied Behavior Analysis technician, where she worked with children with Autism to improve their behavioral and cognitive functioning.

In her practice, Mary-Margaret employs a diverse range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs. She draws from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide comprehensive support. Her holistic approach promotes the well-being of all aspects of the human person, recognizing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical health.
