Meghan Ritter

Meghan Ritter, MA, LPCC-S, is Lead Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Therapist at Ebb and Flow Counseling. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral approaches, and client-centered interventions and works with adults, children, and adolescents on anxiety, depression, life changes/transitions, trauma, family relations, mood disorders, and ADHD. She has experience in community mental health and private practice across various cities. Meghan practices a holistic, strengths-based approach, creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment and incorporating humor while working collaboratively with clients to set and achieve goals and staying current through ongoing professional development and attention to social justice movements.
