Michael Anthony

Michael Anthony is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern who guides clients through anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. Anthony is particularly adept at working with men, helping them navigate societal expectations and express themselves authentically.

Originally from Upstate New York, Anthony's professional journey includes roles in case management, intake assessments, and quality improvement. His diverse experience provides a comprehensive understanding of mental health care. Anthony's practice is enriched by his study of Eastern philosophy and martial arts, including Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Kung Fu.

In therapy sessions, Anthony employs mindfulness techniques, meditation practices, and the principles of Yin and Yang. Clients can expect a compassionate, non judgmental space to explore their inner worlds and develop new insights. His holistic approach aims to help clients embrace self-acceptance and cultivate inner peace.
