Michael Deitz, Ph.D., LPC, is the Director of Organizational Health and Wellness at Healthy Minds Therapy. He specializes in stress management, workplace communication, leadership development, and creating psychologically safe work environments.

He applies evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, to both individuals and teams. He provides direct counseling services and designs and implements organizational health initiatives.

Offering both in-person and online therapy, his work is grounded in integrity and connection and supports clients navigating career transitions, workplace stress, and leadership challenges.
